ELBA BIANCO
It is least 50% Tuscan Trebbiano grapes (known loaccly as Procanico), with Ansonica and Vermentino grapes alone or together making a maximun of 50%.
Other authorized white grapes account for up to 20%.
The wine has straw color, a delicate fruity bouquet and a dry, harmonious taste.
Minimun alcohol content: 11%
Gastronomic coupilng: hors-d'oeuvres and fish-based first courses with white sauces, steamed fish.
Serving temperature: 8-10° C

ELBA ANSONICA
Made at least 85% whit white ansonica grapes, other authorized white grapes account for the remainder.
It ranges in color from a relatively strong straw to a golden hue.
It has an intense and characteristic bouquet and a harmonious flavor that ranges from dry to sweet.
Minimun alcohol content: 11.5%
Gastronomic coupilng: praws, shrimp, crustaceans in general, with the dry versions.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C

ELBA ROSSO
Made at least 60% with Sangiovese grapes.
Other authorized grapes constitute a maximun of 40% if red and 10% if white.
The wine has a ruby red color, a vinous and fruity bouquest, and dry taste with body.
Minimun alcohol content: 11.5%
Gastronomic coupilng: First course with red sauces, fish soups, grilled meats.

ELBA ROSSO RISERVA
This is made with the same grapes as thr Elba Rosso, but is aged at least 24 months, of which at least 12 are in wood and 6 are in the bottle.
It as intense ruby red, almost burgundy color, an intense bouquet of red fruit and spices, a full dry and harmonious taste.
Minimun alcohol content: 12.5%
Gastronomic coupilng: roasted red meats, game, aged cheeses.

ELBA ROSATO
Made with same grapes as the red wine.
It has a pink color that varies from intense to light rosé, a fresh fruity bouquet and dry taste.
Minimun alcohol content: 11%
Gastronomic coupilng: seafood hors-d'oeuvres with sauce, brth-based soups, first courses with red sauces, omelettes and vegetable soufflés.

ELBA ALEATICO
This is produced 100 from aleatico grapes, which are specially selected and the air dried.
It has a deeply intense ruby color, an intense bouquet reminiscent of a red fruits jam, a slightly sweet to sweet taste, is savory, harmonious and fulkl of body.
Minimun alcohol content: 16%
Gastronomic coupilng: fruit tarts, "Schiaccia briaca", cream and berries based dessert.

ELBA MOSCATO
This is produced 100% with muscat grapes, specially selected and left to air dry.
Its color ranges from a straw yellow to an amber. It has an intense bouquest characteristic of the muscat grape, and a soft and velvety slightly sweet to sweet taste.
Minimun alcohol content: 16%
Gastronomic coupilng: this is a wine that offers enough to be enjoyed by itself, it also goes well whith baked desserts and cookies.
Serving temperature: 12-14° C
